Only Applicable in case of a defective product:

If in case you receive a defective product we will provide a 100% refund including the shipping charges. Please make sure to create a video recording while unboxing your product.

What is a defective product ?

Any one of the following statement describes a defective product:

1. A broken seal
2. Noticeable dents
3. Distorted/un-readable labels
4. The delivered product is different than what was ordered.

Cancelation Policy

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Usually the time lapse between placing an order and shipping an order is 12 hours. If the order has been shipped you may cancel your order but might be charged for the shipping cost.
